As a podiatrist, Dr. Lawson specialize in muscle, joint and bone problems/injuries, and is an expert in diabetic foot care, sports medicine, surgery, pediatrics foot care and dermatologic conditions of the foot and ankle. Dr. Lawson treats many foot problems including, but not limited to ingrown toenails, heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, heel spurs, calluses, neuromas, ankle injuries, athelete's foot, fungal toenails and diabetic ulcers.

Dr. Lawson has 19 years of experience in treating foot and ankle problems. He was educated at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco and graduated
Pi Delta, National Podiatry Honor Society. His surgical residency was completed at Bellwood General Hospital in Bellflower, California. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. Lawson has been practicing in the North San Diego Inland area for more than 15 years and is well established in the medical community. Dr. Lawson is on staff at Pomerado and Palomar Hospitals as well as most of the outpatient surgery centers in the area. He is also a current provider for Sharp Community Medical Group (SCMG).
